I (like many people) always deal with some anxiety seeing a new dentist – especially now in the time of covid – but Austin Family Dentistry assuaged my fears starting from the first time I telephoned the office. As soon as I walked up to the door, I appreciated the signage re covid mitigation procedures. The front desk clerk was welcoming and informative, Whitney the hygienist and Dr. Austin were just great – utmost professional yet friendly. I will recommend Austin Family Dentistry to all my friends. I live in Battle Ground, Washington, and the drive to Fisher’s Landing is definitely worth it to get such a positive dental care experience.

I recently went through a very painful experience with another dentist. I needed to find a new dentist fast, but had no idea where to turn. Luckily I found Austin Family Dentistry.
Anna at the front desk went above and beyond the call for me and got me switched over from my old dentist, with minimal effort on my part. I have dental phobia. She took a lot of time giving me a little extra attention, and explained my options, for making the whole thing go as smoothly as possible.
Dr. Austin was amazing. I like to talk a lot about what is happening treatment-wise, and a lot of dentists seem reticent to spend the extra time with you, but not here. Dr. Austin was very honest and didn’t try to sell me anything. He actually just seemed to care about what I was going through as a patient, and finding the best solution for my needs.
The office is super clean and nice. I actually thought it must have been remodeled recently, but apparently it was several years ago. They just take really good care of the place.
If I wasn’t moving in a couple of months, I’d be happy to have Dr. Austin as my permanent dentist.

Austin Dental took me in as a new patient knowing I was a stage 4 cancer survivor. Mark Austin had to utilize my existing mouth partial to function with a tooth I had removed last week. The dynamics of my mouth had changed, however, Mark came up with a diagnosis that worked. His team cares about each patient, and go the extra mile. I give them a 5 star rating.

My wife has been coming here for years and I started coming here a year ago. We both feel Dr. Austin is highly competent and clearly explains all treatment options. Their office staff is super friendly. The dental hygienist does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and does it very gently. My mother, who is not a regular patient, had a toothache and they were able to get her in the next day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
