Anna – Office Manager
Anna joined Austin Family Dentistry back in 2005, has been an office manager for over a decade. She has a degree in business technology – medical office. She enjoys every aspect of her job, specializing in dental insurance, patient relations and office operations. Anna comes from a very knowledgeable dental and insurance background and prides herself on being able to answer any questions!
Anna moved to the United States at the age of 11, and she has lived in Vancouver, WA ever since. She values the privilege of speaking fluently in English and Russian languages which helps and supports bilingual patients to better understand dental terminology.
On her free time she teaches Sunday school, goes to kids camps and volunteers at her home church. She also enjoys her time spent with friends and family.
Whitney – Registered Dental Hygienist
Whitney is a graduate of Clark College Dental Hygiene Program, she is excited to be a part of such a fun and wonderful staff. She loves connecting with patients at a personal level and making them feel very comfortable while also educating them on the importance of excellent oral health. Outside the work environment, she takes a special interest in snowboarding, wake-boarding and being outdoors. Since Whitney has lived in the northwest region most of her life, she takes advantage of trips to Mt. Hood in the winter and loves to be a on the water in the summer.
Lexi – Registered Dental Hygienist
Lexi is a dental hygienist who strives to make her patients feel comfortable and at ease when in her chair. Her favorite thing about being an RDH is connecting and building relationships with her patients. When Lexi is not doing hygiene she enjoys spending time with her family and friends outdoors. One of her favorite things to do is to take trips to the Oregon coast with her family.
Vary- Dental Assistant
She is originally from Cambodia and moved to the USA when she was 15 years old to the northwest area. After long career in banking, she wanted to follow her dreams and become active in the dental industry. She has always been interested in teeth and wanted to work for a dental practice. That’s when she decided to follow her dream and get her degree in dental assisting. She loves her work, especially helping people with their dental needs. She is very social and caring person, therefore this job fits her well and she enjoys every day of it! Making people smile is what she loves about her work the most.
Hannah- Dental Assistant
Hannah joined the team back in 2020, she graduated from Cascade Tech Academy where she earned her RDA certificate. Her future career goal is to move up in the dental field by becoming a Dental Hygienist. Hannah loves working at Austin Family Dentistry & being a part of a close dental family team. Her favorite part of her job is making the office run smoothly, connecting with patients and helping them feel understood with terminology and the process of their dental procedures, meanwhile making them feel comfortable and relaxed while we take care of all their dental needs. Her favorite things to do outside of work are snowboarding, hiking, exploring new areas outdoors, attending local church events and most of all spending time with her friends and family.
Collen – Dental Assistant
Colleen moved here from Portland Michigan, while living here she has attended Vancouver Dental Assisting School in 2022. What she enjoyed the most about being a dental assistant is building relationships with the patients and developing trust through good communication to help ease any dental anxiety. A few things she loves doing on my free time are hiking, cooking and spending time with her loved ones. She would like to continue her education in 2023, learning as much as she can while working as a dental assistant at Austin Family Dentistry.
Estefany – Dental Assistant
Estefany went to Pacific Northwest Dental assisting school. Her favorite part about this industry is seeing patients happy and confident with their smile. She really enjoys working at Austin Family Dentistry. One of Estefany favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with her daughter and going on adventures.
